Auckland Malayali Badminton Club Inc

We are one of the best Malayali badminton clubs in Auckland and our weekly Social Friday sessions provide the opportunity for all members to come along and play badminton in a relaxed and fun environment. During the year we run various fun events as well as friendly tournaments, all of which gives everyone the opportunity to meet other people in the club. We welcome players of all abilities including those who are keen to improve their game and play competitively. AMBC started in the year 2015 and have been actively participating in lots of Auckland based tournaments. 

We take pride in representing one of the world’s fastest racquet sport. We are excited to see rapid participation growth of badminton in Auckland especially in our community.

AMBC was incorporated under the incorporated Societies Act 1908 on the 15th of December 2022

 

Club Championship –  Editions

AMBC conducts a championship every month. This will be either 3rd or 4th week of the month. There will be generally 8 teams. The best 4 or 5 internal teams will participate and rest from external clubs. The tournaments are fun and provides players to up-skill their match experience. The trophies are rolling and the winners will be taking home a decent prize money. The runners up are also entitled for rolling trophy and custom gifts. A best player will be also chosen during the tournament and awarded with trophy and gift.
